After School Drama

LADA visits primary schools in the Lincoln area to deliver weekly after school drama clubs. The clubs last one hour and allow the children to work on a variety of dramatic projects whilst developing confidence, team work, communication skills and social development.

The clubs have a different focus each term. Past projects have included – a production of Disney’s ‘The Jungle Book’; rehearsing group performance pieces for the Lincoln Music and Drama festival; devising dramatic pieces for performance; poetry readings.

Our after school drama clubs are designed to allow the children to have fun! Using a variety of theatre techniques and drama games/exercises the skilled tutors deliver engaging and enjoyable theatre based work.
