About LADA

At Lincoln Academy of Dramatic Arts (LADA) we provide a professional standard of performance training for young people in Lincolnshire and we represent some of our pupils for professional work. Our varied work covers all spheres of the entertainment industry. Alongside our theatre productions, youth theatre and artist management services we are also the UK Casting Directors for Smile Theatre Company, Italy.

Mark Rind

Creative Director

Mark is a trained actor with extensive professional experience. He has worked in all areas of young peoples theatre for the last 5 years. Mark has recently joined us from a high achieving school where he was Acting Head of Drama teaching A-Level and G.C.S.E. courses. He has produced and directed numerous critically acclaimed productions with youth theatres and schools around the country.

Freelance and Temporary Staff

We work with a variety of experienced and skilled theatre practitioners, directors, actors and youth workers on a freelance basis. Everyone who works for and with us pass through enhanced disclosure by the CRB and undergo the LADA interview and application process. We only ever work with skilled, experienced and dedicated professionals.
